As Qarma ApS is growing its customer base and development team, Qarma ApS needs an experienced person with infrastructure and operations as their primary focus.
You will be working closely with Qarma ApS's Technical Lead, along with the rest of the development team.
With a global customer base, users are relying on Qarma ApS's uninterrupted service at all hours. Qarma ApS's system has large test coverage, and Qarma ApS takes pride in developing robust software. All of Qarma ApS's work is done in close collaboration with the rest of the company and its users, giving Qarma ApS a good understanding of how the system is used.
The Job
Your job will be to handle daily operations and improve Qarma ApS's infrastructure, ensuring better monitoring, security, stability, and maintainability. The role is very hands-on, and you will have the primary responsibility for Qarma ApS's infrastructure and operations. You are expected to drive improvements to Qarma ApS's platform, tooling, and monitoring, backed up by Qarma ApS's team of competent developers.
Qarma ApS's tech stack is an Elixir application deployed via Kubernetes on AWS.
At Qarma ApS, you will be joining a highly skilled development team consisting of about 15 people split between UX, backend, frontend, data, and mobile application developers. The way Qarma ApS works is that all developers are responsible for the code they are working on. This means it is their responsibility to ensure the code is well tested before it is released into production and that it works as expected once released.
Even as Qarma ApS's team is growing, Qarma ApS believes that everyone should have a say when it comes to planning and technical decisions. Qarma ApS takes responsibility for the product as a whole, which results in a good working environment where the focus is on making it right.
The job is on-site at Qarma ApS's office in Aarhus, Denmark.
